Case Details
This patient sought elective body contouring to address persistent abdominal laxity and changes in breast appearance after pregnancy and weight fluctuations. She elected to pursue a Tummy Tuck in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, & Lafayette as part of her surgical plan. Her motivations included restoring core contour and improving confidence in fitted clothing. Attention was also given to both the abdomen and breast for a harmonious overall result.
During her procedure, Dr. Mary Ghere performed a Tummy Tuck with liposuction to the abdomen and flanks, removing excess skin and fat and tightening underlying muscle. At the same time, the patient underwent revision breast surgery and implant exchange using Motiva RSF-625cc breast implants. These combined approaches helped balance her profile and address specific concerns illustrated in the before photos above.
The patient experienced a stable, well-tolerated recovery. Results in the after photos show flatter abdominal contours and a more lifted, natural breast shape. Outcomes reflect both aesthetic improvement and maintenance of function.
