Case Details
This patient chose to undergo a breast lift with fat grafting to address breast sagging and loss of volume. Their main motivation was to restore a more youthful breast contour while maintaining a natural appearance. Following discussion of goals and expectations during their consultation, the patient and Dr. Mary Ghere developed a personalized surgical plan.
The procedure focused on lifting and reshaping the breasts. Fat grafting was used to add volume and enhance overall breast shape.
