No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The number of votes received during the voting period determines the odds of winning. This promotion runs from April 29, 2024 through the end of business hours on June 3, 2024. To enter this promotion, entrants must fill out the nomination form. No other form of entry will be accepted. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Weiler Plastic Surgery is not responsible for lost entries or technological problems within the entry process.

The top five finalists will be selected by May 15, 2024 and will be contacted by phone or email to submit a video or captioned photo explaining why they believe they should be selected as the Grand Prize Winner. This media will be posted publicly on the Weiler Plastic Surgery Facebook and Instagram page and will be encouraged to be shared via other means. If a selected finalist fails to provide the requested media, an alternate finalist may be selected. Please consider this when nominating yourself or others.

The Grand Prize is a nonsurgical mommy makeover valued at $15,000. Runners-up will receive a makeover package including 40 units of BOTOX® Cosmetic, one dermaplaning treatment and one DiamondGlow® Facial. Finalists will be selected by the doctor(s) and staff of Weiler Plastic Surgery. The Grand Prize Winner will be determined during the voting period, by a count of votes received on an official poll published to Weiler Plastic Surgery's public social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram. Should the Grand Prize Winner not be a good candidate for the selected Grand Prize treatment, a substitution of equal or lesser value may be substituted at the discretion of Weiler Plastic Surgery. The Grand Prize Winner and runners-up will be selected and notified by email or phone on or after June 3, 2024. Winners must claim their prize on or before June 24, 2024. Should they fail to claim their prize, an alternate winner will be selected and asked to claim their prize before a subsequent date. All prizes must be redeemed within 90 days of claiming.

During this period, we invite you to nominate yourself or a mother you know for this extraordinary pampering opportunity. Simply share with us a photo of your nominee, as well as a heartwarming story – tell us what makes this person such a special and cherished part of your life.

Finalist Selection & Social Media Submissions: May 15 – 22

Our team will unveil the five lucky finalists on May 15, and each finalist will have the opportunity to submit a video (or photo with caption) to tell our followers why they’d like to win.

Voting Period: May 22 – 31

A grand prize winner will be determined by a social media vote counting total likes from Facebook and Instagram posts on our official pages. The four runners-up will each receive a makeover package including 40 units of BOTOX® with a dermaplaning treatment and DiamondGlow® facial. Be sure to follow us to stay in the know!
