Rhinoplasty, or a nose job as it’s commonly known, rank as one of the most popular cosmetic procedures every single year. And we’re about to find out why. Dr. Brownlee, who is the patient that most benefits from a rhinoplasty? Why is it so popular? Super popular. One of my favorite cases to do. People who benefit are actually females and males. Really common in both genders here, but people are usually self-conscious about their nose, they’ve had some kind of trauma, either recent or a long time ago. So again, have some kind of crook in their nose, something that makes them self-conscious or have difficulty breathing. People with congenital defects and anyone who’s just worried about how their face looks, they just don’t like it in photos. It’s such a prominent feature of your face. I know before I would consider surgery, I’d wanna do a trial run. Are there options? Absolutely. So we have a software in our office called Crisalix and you come into the office, and you come into the office, we take photos of your face from different angles and from there we can simulate what the nose that we choose together is going to look like on your face. And that way you know exactly what you’re getting into before you sign up for surgery. And then tell us your approach to the surgery. So super easy surgery for our patients, really not that painful, but while we’re in there, you know we can take down any kind of hump if somebody’s worried about that, we can fix the tip. We can narrow the bases if you feel like your nose too wide. But there’s a bunch of different things we can do in this quick surgery.
